At Blackwater Kennels, we believe that the most important factor toward enhancing your dog's natural abilities is to bring out their innate desire to retrieve FIRST. The reason we work with retrieval skills first is that later in the training process it helps to build your dog's style and momentum. Once we feel like your dog has reached the peak of his retrieving desires, then we begin basic obedience training. |
